A website. This is nine out of ten small businesses and it is the whole of what most of them need: what you do, where you are, what it costs, how to reach you, loading fast enough that nobody backs out.

Probably an app, and possibly an off-the-shelf product that costs £30 a month instead. The test is whether the thing has to remember something between visits. I will tell you honestly which side of the line you are on before anyone spends money.

Social and content. Prices from two years ago, a team that has changed, nothing posted since last spring. That is a maintenance problem rather than a design one, and rebuilding will not fix it.
